Fintech Growth Intern

Finz is a New York based fintech building an AI-powered finance platform for small businesses. We connect to core financial systems such as accounting and banking to help owners understand cash flow, improve operating discipline, and make better capital decisions. 

What You’ll Do

  • Research customer segments, acquisition strategies, and competitor GTM approaches
  • Support top-of-funnel outreach, lead generation, and partnership efforts
  • Analyze acquisition metrics and help refine growth strategy
  • Contribute to customer interviews, feedback loops, and insight synthesis
  • Assist in fundraising prep: investor outreach, materials, and data tracking
  • Work cross-functionally on go-to-market and product strategy initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Strong interest in fintech, startups, and customer acquisition
  • Sharp communicator with strong research and analytical skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets; bonus if familiar with CRM tools or financial modeling
