Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, professional in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Dignified Choice Care team
Follow care plans and accurately document services provided
Requirements:
Genuine desire to care for and help others
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
