We're Hiring: Occupational Therapist

Location: Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital – Rushville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Signing Bonus Available!

Duties:

  • Provide hands-on therapy and support to help individuals improve daily living skills
  • Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants and students
  • Perform assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Educate patients and families, and coordinate care with other departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Participate in department operations, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program
  • Current State Licensure and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • BCLS (CPR) certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • A compassionate approach and commitment to service excellence
