Marketing Lead

Role Purpose:

Own day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring distributor support, trade show readiness, and clear, consistent product storytelling across channels. This role is responsible for turning centralized strategy into reliable, high-quality execution at the brand level.

This position is hands-on and execution-focused, with close collaboration across sales, product, and operations.


 

Requirements:

The Marketing Lead must have at a minimum of the following attributes:

· Must have strong organizational and project coordination skills

· Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support coordinated execution

· Experience supporting trade shows and distributor-focused marketing

· Strong written communication skills and attention to detail


 

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks when required:

· Coordinate case study development, including video and photo capture

· Develop and maintain marketing collateral and sales support materials

· Manage part information, product updates, and marketing data accuracy

· Support trade show planning, organization, and execution (assets, logistics, readiness)

· Support administrative organization of marketing initiatives and timelines

· Organize, manage, and maintain company promotional items and inventory

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

· Manage multiple social media channels

· Act as the on-site marketing execution partner for internal teams

· Perform other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by Management.
