Content and Video Intern

Finz is a New York based fintech building an AI-powered finance platform for small businesses. We connect to core financial systems such as accounting and banking to help owners understand cash flow, improve operating discipline, and make better capital decisions. 

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven Content and Video Intern to support the production of high-quality short-form video and written content. This is a hands-on role working closely with the founder to turn real product, customer, and market material into clear, professional content designed for distribution on LinkedIn and similar channels.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for professional audiences (30–90 seconds).
• Create clean captions, titles, and simple on-screen graphics.
• Package weekly content deliverables from raw recordings, conversations, and event footage.
• Maintain an organized content library with consistent file naming and version control.
• Support light filming at events or in-office when needed.
• Contribute to content planning and publishing cadence.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual judgment.
• Clear, concise writing skills suitable for a professional audience.
• Reliable execution and proactive communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B or founder-led content.
• Basic design skills using Figma or Canva.
• Comfort capturing short video clips in live settings.
