The Decorator plays a key role in producing high-quality product and services to our customers.

Our leadership team is committed to offering hands-on training and ongoing support to set you up for success. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those with a background in arts /crafts, design, customer service looking for internships, apprenticeships, or a job that will quickly enhance their professional skill development. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in various areas of our production process, ensuring quality and accuracy for each assigned job.
• Review and interpret work orders to determine with  specific  instructions, including selecting the correct thread color, placing and print apparel, packaging and communicating with customers.
• Utilize computer software such as Adobe Illustrator and Design Shop to edit, vector, and digitize logos.
• Select and use the appropriate embroidery hoop and backing based on the design size and garment type.
• Continuously observe the production process to identify any potential issues or defects, and promptly inform the appropriate team members if machine malfunctions occur.
• Follow the production timeline and communicate any delays or production challenges to the appropriate person.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere, embodying the values of the company and contributing to a strong team dynamic.
• Stay flexible and be prepared to step into other roles as needed, especially in case of absences or urgent needs.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a related field is highly preferred but not required
• Personal transportation required

Schedule:

• Operating Hours 8-8 M-S Sunday 1-5 (Multiple Shifts in these hours) 
• 15-30 hours a week

Education:

• College or equivalent (Preferred)
