Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 (Full-Time, 35 hrs/week)

We are a mission-focused, not-for-profit school serving children ages 2-9, centering around students on the autism spectrum; and typically developing peers in our integrated preschool program. We are seeking a Behavior Specialist (BCBA/LBA preferred, or Master's-level candidate in ABA) to join our collaborative team. Your Role & Impact:

Provide high-quality clinical leadership and case supervision within a supportive, interdisciplinary team (including special educators, SLPs, OTs, and TAs).

Be assigned to 2-4 classrooms (approximately 15-30 students), with only a subset requiring formal behavior reduction plans, ensuring a manageable and focused caseload.

Conduct functional assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.

Train and mentor teaching staff, conduct fidelity checks, and empower a team already grounded in ABA principles.

Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with families to ensure consistent, meaningful progress.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Master’s degree (or in process) in Applied Behavior Analysis. BCBA/LBA certification preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Strong skills in documentation, organization, communication, and time-management.
