Quantitative Research Intern
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in organizing and cleaning high-frequency data, and perform statistical analysis on various indicators.
2. Conduct in-depth data mining and modeling, and develop high-frequency trading strategies for the domestic market.
3. Monitor factor performance, carry out quantitative backtesting, simulation, tracking, and refinement.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2026 or later, majoring in statistics, financial engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related fields.
2. Solid mathematical logic and statistical foundation. Experience winning in high school science competitions, various college modeling competitions, or machine learning competitions is a plus.
3. Strong programming skills, proficient in using Python for data processing and analysis.
4. Strong interest in quantitative strategy research, curious, and detail-oriented.
5. Interns must commit to at least three days of attendance per week and a minimum of three months internship duration.
Bonus Points:
1. Proficiency in C / Linux.
2. Experience in quantitative research internships or projects, familiar with multi-factor stock strategies.
3. Experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence projects.
