About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Experience Manager to ensure every customer enjoys a memorable, seamless, and professional experience from project kickoff through delivery. You’ll be the calm, organized, proactive hub connecting sales, vendors, ownership, and customers.

What You’ll Do

Own the Customer Experience

  • Manage the customer journey from start to finish
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure flawless execution
  • Track order statuses, shipping, and timelines
  • Review and process purchase orders
  • Manage workflow across multiple projects

Champion a Customer‑First Mindset

  • Be the go‑to contact for questions and issues
  • Work with ownership and sales to solve challenges
  • Create positive, trust‑building customer interactions

Office Administration

  • Order office supplies
  • Answer phones professionally
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages

Qualifications
