ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review existing company training materials and recommend improvements
- Create Learning Paths in BizLibrary
- Incorporate knowledge of learning styles to evaluate and create training materials
- Develop and update training materials across various formats, including Video, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
- Utilize software platforms (such as BizLibrary, internal Intranet, and project management tools) to manage, enhance, and deliver training materials.
- Utilize AI in accordance with company policy to streamline processes and assist with materials updating
- Curate training materials for Altair’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Altair Global University (AGU).
EDUCATION/SKILLS/INTERESTS:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Education; Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials
- Proficiency with MS Office. Advanced-levels skills in PowerPoint preferred
- Preferred experience with authoring tools, video creation/editing software, and generative artificial intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and professionally across all departments and levels of the organization
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, approachable, adaptable, proactive, and collaborative
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must be a junior/senior level undergraduate in good standing pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field of study.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 GPA.
- Available May 12th – August 7th, 2026

WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Office setting work environment. Team member must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team member spends substantial amounts of time working on the computer, in meetings, and/or on the phone, often under deadlines.
