About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor who specializes in performance creative. We need someone to take raw assets from influencers and creators and turn them into ads that actually convert on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We are an agency, so speed and precision are everything. If you are a fast editor who understands direct response marketing, we want to hear from you.

 

What You’ll Do

  • The Output: You will turn raw footage into fast-paced video ads. These are usually under one minute and optimized for social media feeds.
  • Speed & Efficiency: We work on tight timelines. You need to be able to deliver high-quality first drafts within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Handle Revisions: Client feedback is part of the job. You need to handle revisions with patience and accuracy to get the asset across the finish line.
  • Performance Editing: You aren't just cutting video. You are applying marketing best practices like strong hooks, clear value props, and compelling calls to action.
  • Quality Control: You are the final line of defense. You need to make sure every frame is polished and every caption is synced perfectly.

 

Who You Are

  • DTC/App Experience: You have edited ad content before, ideally in-house at a DTC brand or mobile app company. You know the difference between a Facebook ad and a YouTube vlog.
  • The "Grammar Police": You obsess over details. Our ads require captions, and they must be flawless. No typos, no missing words, and no bad grammar. We check this rigorously.
  • Thick Skin & Adaptable: You don’t get attached to your first cut. You view feedback as a tool to make the work better and don't take client notes personally.
  • Eager to Learn: The ad landscape changes fast. You are excited to learn new formats, testing strategies, and editing techniques.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut and can handle light motion graphics.
