Witz Games - Web Game Development
Company Overview
At Witz Games, we create games so fun and engaging that students don’t realize they’re learning. Our focus is on building real games—not digital flashcards—with fast-paced mechanics, cooperation, and friendly competition at the core. Every game is designed to feel fun first and educational second, while still reinforcing essential elementary math skills. If you’re excited by game mechanics, clean UX, and building experiences people genuinely want to play, this is that kind of project.
Project Scope (Web Game Development)
This project involves the development of a fully functional, web-based multiplayer math game based on a clearly defined set of game rules and technical specifications. Interns will contribute to core gameplay logic, real-time multiplayer functionality, computer-controlled players, user account systems, and the overall application architecture. A partially functioning prototype has already been created using AI tools, and interns may choose to continue development using a paid AI builder (Base44), debug and enhance the existing prototype, or rebuild the system from the ground up using their own preferred approach. If time permits, optional stretch goals include creating a statistics dashboard to track learning progress and implementing a paywall or access-code system to validate purchases.
