A Wisconsin based industrial automation company specializing in paint and liquid finishing solutions. For more than 40 years, we have designed and built custom automation systems including paint mixing equipment, robotic solutions, and custom robotic cells.

Position Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee day to day administrative, accounting, and office operations. This role is critical to keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently and will work closely with leadership and the HR and Benefits Manager.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, family style organization, enjoys variety in their work, and values culture and teamwork just as much as technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Office and Administrative Operations
Manage overall office administration and serve as a key point of contact for internal staff and external partners
Support leadership with general administrative tasks and operational coordination
Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal processes
Accounting and Financial Administration
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Handle order processing and invoicing
Support payroll processing and related reporting
Work extensively within QuickBooks
Cross Functional Support
Coordinate closely with the HR and Benefits Manager during payroll, benefits, and employee related processes
Support leadership during periods of fluctuating workloads and project based cycles
Assist with documentation and process improvement as part of ongoing efforts to operate leaner
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, order processing, and QuickBooks
Comfortable working in a small business environment with variable workloads
