Ministry Internship
Objectives
The Rolling Hills Leadership Institute Vision is to train and equip and develop the next generation of faithful church leaders. A semester internship is a 17 week track that requires 15-20/hours per week working within the church. Interns will have the opportunity to serve in a specific Ministry Area alongside Ministry Leaders and Pastors. They will be challenged in their faith, and intentionally developed and equipped to lead, develop and execute ministry goals.

- One year past high-school graduation.
- 15-20 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Serve alongside Specific Ministry Area leadership.
- Attend all required monthly and weekly meetings of the Leadership Institute as well as any Ministry Area specific meetings.
- **Specific Ministry Area responsibilities will be assigned.
