Early Childhood Teacher

Supervise daily activities and daily schedule.

Supervising children and maintaining control of the floor at all times

Weekly team meetings with staff

Working closely with the administration to maintain facility compliance at all times.

Collaborate with coworkers on planning and developing curriculum each month.

Use a wide range of teaching methods to enhance the child’s abilities.

Maintaining and managing classroom cleanliness, labeling, and organization

Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.

Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on their children's progress.

Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.

Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience working with young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Experience in behavior management and classroom organization
- Knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
