Political Campaign Intern

Paid Political Field Internship – Midland & Odessa, TX

Lone Mountain Strategies is hiring part-time paid interns to help run a local Republican campaign in Midland and Odessa over the next month.

This is a hands-on opportunity to be directly involved in a real political operation, not a resume-padding internship where you just sit on calls. You’ll be working with our team on the ground helping manage field activity, support local leadership, and keep the campaign moving day to day.

This is a great fit if you’re into politics, involved with TPUSA or Young Republicans, or just want real campaign experience that actually means something. You’ll get exposure to how campaigns are run, take on responsibility early, and build experience you can talk about confidently in future interviews.

The role is part time and flexible. We’re looking for people who can work a couple days a week and are reliable, motivated, and comfortable taking initiative. Paid opportunity. In person in Midland and Odessa.
