Entry-Level Sales Representative

Job Description

Partner Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in Braintree, MA. This full-time role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in sales and business development while gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales support.

This position focuses on outbound and inbound lead activity, relationship building, and supporting senior sales staff throughout the sales process. No prior sales experience is required; training will be provided.

Main Duties

  • Identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess customer needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives or account executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and leads in the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotes
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on outreach campaigns and strategies
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals, including calls, emails, and meetings booked
  • Participate in sales training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Provide feedback on customer objections, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Basic experience with CRM systems and sales tools (training provided)
  • Internet and technology skills
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and handle rejection in a positive and professional manner
