About Vereme Inc. Vereme is a NYC-based startup building a GenAI-first stylist and appearance companion for subscription consumers. We are bridging the gap between cutting-edge LLMs and personalized user experience, helping individuals optimize their beauty, fashion, exercise, diet, and wellness through a futuristic, data-driven lens.
The Role As our Founding Engineering Intern, you will work directly with the founder (a veteran in AI adoption for global executives) to move Vereme from a "scrappy" MVP to a scalable, production-ready environment. This is a masterclass in full-stack AI orchestration and entrepreneurial execution.
What You Will Do
AI Orchestration: Help develop our LiteLLM framework to manage a multi-model stack (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) for specific styling and wellness tasks.
Backend Systems: Build and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure high-quality, safe, and personalized user advice.
Strategic Design: Implement a "zero-friction" interface using our signature minimalist aesthetic.
Startup Ops: Gain hands-on experience in the tactical launch of a Delaware C-Corp, from code deployment on Cursor, PythonAnywhere etc. to customer feedback loops.
What We Are Looking For
Technical Proficiency: Strong Python skills are a must. Familiarity with web frameworks (Flask/Django) and API integrations is highly preferred.
Design Eye: An appreciation for high-end UI/UX and the ability to translate design visions into clean code.
Scrappy Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building a new product from zero.
English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
