I'm seeking a junior architect to join our firm, focusing on creating layouts for new home designs and additions in Bergen County, NJ.

Scope of work

- Measure and survey existing homes. - Input surveys into AutoCAD. - Assist in creating layouts for new home designs or additions. - Attend in person meetings with clients to review designs - Create full construction set of drawings to be submitted for permit approval. - Assist in construction administration while projects are under construction. - Work closely with Architect, Interior Designer and Senior project manager.
