High-Ticket Sales Associate (Post-Grad Performance Track)

We facilitate high-level financing programs via leading alternative banks, and we are looking for the next generation of top-tier closers. This isn’t just a job—it’s a high-velocity sales floor for individuals who want to dictate their own income.

⚡ The 14-Day "Elite" Trial Period

We believe in results, not just resumes. All new hires enter an intensive 2-week performance trial.

The Objective: You will be given full access to our industry-exclusive leads and training. Your goal is to hit specific outbound call volume (150-300 daily) and conversion KPIs.

The Reward: Successful candidates who hit their targets will transition to a permanent position with uncapped commission.

The "Cut": We move fast. This is a high-performance environment. Candidates who do not meet the minimum KPI thresholds by the end of the 14-day trial will be released. We only keep the best.

💰 Compensation & Upside

Structure: 100% Commission-Based.

Earning Potential: From $80,000.00 per year (First-year OTE).

Top Performers: Our elite reps take home $10,000 – $20,000+ per month.

📋 Role & Responsibilities

High Volume: Execute 150–300 outbound calls daily to build and manage your pipeline.

Relationship Management: Establish rapport with merchants and navigate complex financial negotiations.

Pipeline Mastery: Maintain an active pipeline using our advanced management structure for maximum conversion.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Graduate students or recent college grads preferred.

Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and "not afraid of the phone."

Attitude: Punctual, coachable, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
