Internship: Pitch Package Presentation & Design (TV Development)

Hemmy Productions is seeking a Presentation & Layout Intern to help finalize a network-facing pitch package for an original television series currently in active development.

This role is strictly focused on presentation and layout, not writing or creative development.

What you’ll be working on:

Formatting and polishing a professional TV pitch package

Improving layout, hierarchy, spacing, and visual flow

Standardizing fonts, margins, and page structure

Ensuring the package reads cleanly and professionally for network executives

Preparing a final, executive-ready PDF

What this role is NOT:

Not writing or rewriting content

Not providing story notes or creative feedback

Not graphic-heavy or marketing-focused design

Ideal background:

Graphic design, media studies, communications, branding, or related fields

Experience with pitch decks, lookbooks, press kits, or editorial layout

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Comfortable working within existing materials and direction

Tools:

Google Docs / Microsoft Word

Adobe InDesign / Illustrator (a plus, not required)

PDF formatting and export
