The Southampton Fresh Air Home (SFAH) is located on beautiful Long Island, just two hours from New York City, with easy access to the beach and all that NYC has to offer. Our campus features outstanding facilities in a unique coastal setting — making it a truly special place to live and work for the summer.

We are hiring summer staff to work directly with our campers — amazing children with physical challenges whose energy, resilience, and love of camp inspire everything we do. At SFAH, you won’t just have a summer job; you’ll be part of a supportive community where you can make a real impact while developing valuable professional skills.

We provide full training, so prior experience is not required. What matters most is your interest in working with our population and your desire to be part of a caring, team-oriented environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience that’s especially valuable for those interested in careers in pre-med, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, education, social work, psychology, and related fields.
