Marketing Intern (Part-Time, 10 hrs/week)

Role Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support light marketing execution and organization for 10 hours per week. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience building marketing assets, keeping content moving, and learning how a small business markets itself.

Pay, Hours & Schedule

Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Hours: 10 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

Schedule: Flexible during business hours (Eastern Time)

Location: Remote (or hybrid, if you’re local)

Eligibility

MBA student or undergraduate student (Junior or Senior year)

What You’ll Do

Support social media and content execution (draft captions, format posts, schedule content)

Help update and organize marketing materials (bios, one-pagers, case study drafts, website copy edits)

Assist with basic email/newsletter support (drafts, proofreading, formatting)

Draft and format marketing and business development documents (outreach emails, capability statements, proposals, one-pagers)

Light research tasks (audience research, competitor scans, content ideas)

Track simple metrics (post performance, engagement notes) and share weekly updates

Keep marketing tasks organized (checklists, calendars, follow-ups)

What We’re Looking For

Strong writing and proofreading skills

Organized and responsive (you follow through)

Comfortable learning new tools quickly

Must be comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to draft, summarize, and refine content—while maintaining accuracy and brand voice

Interest in marketing, communications, business development, or entrepreneurship

Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools
