🚨 Now Hiring: Sr. Human Resources Generalist – Norfolk County (Fully Onsite) 🚨
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Norfolk County to identify a strong Sr. HR Generalist for a fully onsite role. Manufacturing experience is a big plus!
💼 The Role
·        Fully onsite – manufacturing environment
·        Location: Norfolk County, MA
·        Compensation $90k-105K + bonus
🔑 Key Responsibilities
·        Serve as the main HR point of contact for the site
·        Employee relations, performance management, and engagement
·        Onboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance
·        Partner with leadership as a trusted HR advisor
·        Support talent development and training initiatives
·        Leverage Workday and engagement data to drive HR insights
🎯 Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of HR experience
·        HR experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
·        Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
·        Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
·        Experience with Workday a plus
