What You’ll Do During the SRT Program:

• Attend structured sales training and coaching sessions
• Participate in in-home consultations alongside experienced managers
• Learn to present solutions for window, siding, and roofing replacement
• Follow a structured sales approach to guide homeowners through their options
• Support follow-up with homeowners to ensure a seamless experience
• Work closely with the company’s operations and sales teams to understand the full project lifecycle

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with homeowners
• Prior sales experience preferred; home improvement experience is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during training and beyond
• Committed to completing a 60-day training program and advancing into a Sales Rep role
