Role Description
Wells Thomas is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to join our team on-site in Branford, CT. The Client Service Associate will provide superior service and support to clients by addressing inquiries, assisting with account management, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, data entry and analysis, resolving customer issues, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients while learning the fundamentals of retirement plan administration.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with office software and client management systems is advantageous
- Previous experience in retirement plan administration or a related field is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
