The Logistics Marketing and Sales Manager will lead the Marketing and Sales efforts for our logistics division, driving revenue growth and market share. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and expertise in logistics and supply chain solutions to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, cultivate client relationships, and achieve financial objectives.
Marketing Strategy
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive demand for logistics solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with the Asia export team to tailor offerings based on market insights.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, trade shows, and promotional materials.
Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell logistics services.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Operational Alignment
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure service alignment with customer needs.
• Provide feedback to logistics teams on client requirements and market trends to optimize service delivery.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure long-term relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote services.
Need to travel to attend freight business industry exhibitions around 3 times a year, each time 4-5 days, exhibition locations vary each year.
Will supervise sales representatives.
