Probate Paralegal
Experienced Probate Paralegal – Full-Time
Pay: $65,000 per year
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Full-time | In-office (WFH eligibility after 6 months based on performance)

Responsibilities
- Manage probate, guardianship, and conservatorship cases
- Draft, revise, and finalize probate petitions and related documents
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely court filings
- Assist attorneys with hearing preparation
- Communicate with clients via phone and email; provide backup client support as needed
- Maintain case files and update information in the firm’s CRM
- Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience preferred in Georgia probate law
- Guardianship and conservatorship experience required
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with law firm CRM software (Actionstep or similar preferred)
