Commercial Estimator:

Job Description: The Commercial Estimator will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in estimating, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from bid to completion.

Key Responsibilities: 
·     Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and proposals
·     Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets
·     Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
·     Prepare bid proposals and submission documents
·     Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients
·     Analyze project risks and develop contingency strategies
·     Maintain accurate records of all estimating activities

Qualifications: 
·     5-10 years of commercial estimating experience
·     Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
·     Proficiency with estimating software
·     Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
·     Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
·     Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field       is preferred
