Account Manager-GM Business Unit
The Account Manager (GM Business Unit) focuses on fostering strong customer relationships (CRM). This involves medium- to
long-term planning and direct sales of various products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business to a defined portfolio of existing clients. Develop medium-to-long-range sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers and identify and manage interactions
with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high-quality customer service. Develop client retention, growth plans, and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
o Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience required
o Applicable sales application engineering and program management experience required
Prior GM account manager experiences preferred (0-5 years).
