About the Role
The Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Foundation’s grantmaking and program operations. This position works closely with program officers, grant seekers, grantees, and internal partners to provide administrative, technical, and systems support across all stages of foundation programming.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to support meaningful work.
What You’ll Do
- Support grantmaking workflows, including coordinating materials, systems, and processes
- Build and maintain relationships with program staff, grantees, and external partners
- Provide administrative, project management, and technical support for program activities
- Assist with research, data collection, analysis, and communication
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth implementation of foundation initiatives
- Help troubleshoot issues and improve workflows using an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree plus 3 years of administrative or management support experience
OR high school diploma/equivalent plus 5 years of related experience - Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with diverse audiences and collaborate across teams
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools, workflows, or administrative systems
- A commitment to learning, growth, and high-quality customer service
