- Answer the telephones.
- Understand how to operate functions of the telephone system and proper telephone etiquette.
- Responsible for the smooth operation, scheduling and training coverage for all front desk activities.
- Manage log sheets for all incoming phone calls, clients, visitors, vendors, etc.
- General filing, typing, mail and other office duties as required.
- Open and sort mail.
- Maintain organized/clean office at all times.
- Obtain Real Estate License.
- Facilitate Real Estate sales and rental transactions.
- Set obtainable sales goals.
- Diligently follow through on all sales leads.
- Work on developing real estate clients and book of business to expand Jennings Realty Agency Corp.
