Executive Recruiter

Executive Recruiter — Remote/Hybrid | Tampa, FL


 

MedBest is growing, and we’re looking to add another Executive Recruiter to our amazing team. You’ll be working in one of the most stable niches out there—Senior Living—and while many firms slowed down or closed during the pandemic, MedBest actually doubled. 


 

This is a relationship-based role where you’ll connect with candidates, build trust quickly, and guide them through the hiring process from start to finish. No recruiting experience is required—we’re open to strong communicators from relationship-driven backgrounds and we’ll train you thoroughly.

What you’ll do


 

Source and engage candidates via outbound outreach


 

Conduct phone screens and interviews


 

Present qualified candidates and move them through the process


 

Maintain organized notes in a database


 

Partner internally to meet your personal metrics & hiring goals


 

What we’ll consider


 

Comfort with phone work and relationship building


 

Strong communication and follow-through


 

Tech comfort (Google Docs, databases/CRM/ATS, resume formatting/rewriting, S)


 

Solid work history 


 

Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree


 

Recruiting experience is not required.
