The Role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys using data to guide decisions, uncover insights, and influence product direction — this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and funnel conversion data
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend product or process improvements
- Support marketing and sales teams by providing performance insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform strategy
- Work closely with product and engineering to define KPIs and measure outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics platforms
- Interest in startups, education tech, or user-centered design
- Self-starter comfortable working 10–20 hours/week remotely and asynchronously
- Bonus: coursework or experience in business, data analysis, or product management
