Program Division Internship – Contract Management & Program Support – Two Positions Available
 

The Program Division is seeking two motivated undergraduate interns to support contract management, program monitoring, research, and administrative functions. This internship is ideal for students interested in public administration, human services, psychology, sociology, program evaluation, or community‑impact work.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with monitoring visits, including preparation, participation, and follow‑up
• Support contract development, assessment, and system refinement
• Help with administrative tasks, program material inventory, and meeting preparation
• Contribute to procurement activities for youth programming
• Provide support to Strategic Plan Implementation Teams
• Reconcile Continuous Improvement Initiative reports and assist with division meetings
• Shadow Program Officers during negotiations and contract execution on a Youth Programming Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Lead research on annual reports from PBC funders, CSCs, and Trusts

Qualifications
