Our Personal Trainer roles are for certified trainers who want more than a side job. You’ll coach members, build real relationships, and develop skills in communication, sales, and leadership—all in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

 

What’s In It for You

Personal Trainer (PT) Pay

  • Pay reviewed quarterly with opportunities to earn more as you add certifications, hours, and clients
  • $12.00/hour + session pay (average ~$18.00/hour).
  • Session pay: $27–$76/hour based on group size, certifications, and experience

  • Accredited personal training certification or fitness-related degree (required)

If you’re interested in leadership, VASA offers a clear path into the Personal Training Lead role—where you’ll mentor others and increase your earning potential.

PTL Pay & Incentives

  • $18–$24/hour for leadership and operational responsibilities
  • $500–$1,250 monthly bonus eligibility based on team performance
  • Commission on personal training sales and session delivery
  • Unlimited spot bonuses: $1,000 for every 50 net clients added
