Catering Student Coordinator

UNI Catering is looking for Student Coordinators for Spring 2026. This position is responsible for helping to supervise, organize, and promote customer service at UNI Catered events located on campus.

1. Supervising and leading a team of student workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2. Coordinating tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Promoting excellent customer service by interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the assigned area.
5. Training and mentoring student workers to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Collaborating with management to implement improvements in operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at the institution.
• Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
