Process Improvement and Training Intern

Drive change management activities such as documentation updates and development of training sessions/videos that are a result of audit recommendations, process improvement activities, and new process introduction. 

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation 
  • Assist with project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates 
  • Assist in creating training materials for quality processes and project management 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through fresh perspectives and innovative ideas 
  • Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and project management needs 
  • Support compliance activities by maintaining compliance tracking systems and implementation of remediation activities / change management 
  • Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights and recommendations 

What We Need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies 
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) 
  • Detail‑oriented mindset 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities 
  • Research skills for gathering and synthesizing information 
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, professional documentation 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
