Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Remote

CLINICAL Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Beverly, MA

Primarily Telehealth with quarterly travel to site required.

Starting Salary: $85,000+

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

What You’ll Do

Conduct Clinical Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

  • Remote team supervision (RBTs, BCaBAs as allowed)

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.

  • Collaborate with on-site staff and families
  • Attend Team Meetings and Trainings

Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence.

Treatment plan writing, graphing, and data analysis

Parent/caregiver training during quarterly travel

  • Virtual Team meetings and case conceptualization

 

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related clinical field.

LABA license (required) BCBA certification preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive.

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
