WeLeap is an early-stage startup building an AI-powered financial sidekick for students and new grads. Our first wedge focuses on one of the most stressful decisions graduating seniors face: how much rent they can actually afford before signing a lease.

We are bootstrapped, focused, and care about real outcomes—not vanity metrics.

 

The Role

We’re looking for a student creator to help us reach graduating seniors (Class of 2026) through short-form social content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts).

This is not an hourly internship. It is a performance-paid creator role with clear rules, clear tracking, and real ownership.

Your mission is simple:
Create content that motivates real students to try WeLeap’s free rent affordability calculator.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Create short-form videos (on-camera or voiceover + visuals)
  • Experiment with hooks, formats, and trends around rent, housing, and early-career money stress
  • Post consistently using your own creative style
  • Drive traffic using your unique tracking link
  • Share a simple weekly performance update
  • You control how you work. We care about learning, honesty, and results.

 

How You Get Paid

  • You are paid per verified outcome, tracked via a unique link.

Payouts

  • $1 per verified rent tool completion
  • $5 per verified waitlist signup
  • Bonus payouts for high-performing content
  • Payments are made monthly and are capped for fairness.
