What You Will Do
- Maintain a regular presence on the production floor, partnering with operations leaders on staffing, attendance, coverage, and safety
- Design and deliver training tied to real work in safety, lean, quality, and 1W culture
- Support full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and bench building
- Track training participation, effectiveness, and capability metrics to drive improvement
- Assist with compliance activities including policy deployment, documentation, audits, and risk mitigation
- Support people, policy, and culture integration during acquisitions using strong emotional intelligence

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience, internships, or co-op experience
- Interest in manufacturing, operations, and people development
- Willingness to spend time on the production floor and close to the work
