NMU Marketing & Communications is looking to hire a student event photographer to document a variety of campus events. Specific duties include attending and photographing a wide variety of campus events as requested, editing photos, and uploading photos in a timely manner. Applicants should possess excellent time management and organizational skills and enjoy working with people in a professional environment. Additional minimum qualifications include:

  • Willing to work a varied schedule week by week
  • Must have evening and weekend availability
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Previous photography experience (personal or professional)

 

Photography equipment will be provided. Students will gain valuable hands-on experience and development opportunities while working with a supportive and fun team. The typical student schedule is 10 to 15 hours per week with the potential to work up to 24 hours per week.
