Job Title: Sales Associate Mandarin Chinese Required
Location: Commerce, Georgia (100% on-site/5 days a week)
Position Type: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
This role supports customer account management, sales operations, and commercial data analysis for the company's battery materials business. The Sales Associate works closely with customers, internal operations, supply chain, and quality to maintain strong customer relationships, support demand planning, analyze sales and production data, and ensure operational execution.
This position is well-suited for candidates with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and interest in the battery, secondary battery, electric vehicle, and renewable energy industries. Prior exposure to these industries is a strong plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for order coordination, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries
- Support contract execution, pricing updates, volume forecasts, and account documentation
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address service or delivery issues in coordination with internal teams
- Support customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial presentations
- Maintain accurate customer records, communications, and documentation
- Sales Operations & Business Analysis
- Analyze sales data, customer demand trends, shipment volumes, pricing performance, and forecast accuracy
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Support issue resolution related to product quality, delivery delays, documentation, or commercial discrepancies
- Support communication between U.S. operations and Korean headquarters as required
- Participate in internal planning meetings and customer coordination calls
- Develop working knowledge of battery materials, secondary battery manufacturing, EV supply chains, and renewable energy markets
- Support market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer intelligence initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in battery, secondary battery, chemical manufacturing, EV, renewable energy, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Experience supporting international or multinational operations
- Basic financial analysis or pricing exposure
