Video Content Creator
The Role
We’re looking for a video-first Content Creator to build and own Productiv’s YouTube presence from the ground up, supported by short-form video across social platforms.
This role starts part-time in February 2026, with a path to full-time as the channel and content engine scale.
You’ll be responsible for working within Productiv's sales and marketing team for the ideation, filming, editing, and publishing content that shows:
- How Productiv solves real operational problems
- What our facilities look like in action
- How our technology and systems actually work
This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, with filming at Productiv facilities and collaboration with operations, sales, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
Video & Content Creation
- Own video filming and editing for Productiv’s YouTube channel and video library
- Produce short-form videos that clearly show how Productiv solves real operational problems
- Work on-site to capture authentic footage in warehouses and operational environments
- Be comfortable on camera when needed, or directing others on camera
- Maintain consistent visual quality, pacing, and storytelling standards across all video content
- Suggest formats, hooks, and visual approaches that improve clarity and engagement based on engagement
About You
You’re a creator who:
- Is video-first and comfortable filming in real-world environments (warehouses, offices, shop floors)
- Has experience creating content for YouTube and short-form platforms
- Is resourceful, fast-moving, and not afraid to figure things out as you go
- Can shoot and edit your own content end-to-end
- Enjoys building something from scratch rather than inheriting a finished brand
- Lives in Dallas, TX
Start date: March 2026
Schedule: Part-time to start, with clear potential to transition to full-time
Location: Dallas, TX (on-site; some local travel to facilities)
Compensation: Competitive hourly or part-time salary (based on experience), with growth as the role expands
