Senior Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about the customer experience and providing top-tier service for all end users. Someone who not only enjoys recruitment but also excels at multi-tasking, organization, and helping to lead multiple hiring projects across our client locations.
Location: Baton Rouge, LA. This role will support multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area and requires regular, in-person presence at the client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Frequent travel to client locations and conduct in person meetings with the HR teams regarding their staffing requirements.
- Assist with coordinating and conducting on site interviews and hiring events.
- Provide direct support to candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement).
- Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.
- Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within full cycle recruiting.
- Proven experience handling HR generalist responsibilities (employee relations, onboarding, compliance support, etc).
- Experience working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $21.00 and $28.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
