Growth Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is as comfortable building campaigns and content as they are talking through technical concepts with clients and partners.
You’ll wear multiple hats: part digital marketer, part solutions enabler. If you love turning ideas into campaigns, enjoy learning new tools and technologies quickly, and thrive in a startup environment with lots of ownership—this might be a great fit.
What You’ll Own
Digital Marketing

Website management
- Structure and navigation (pages, sections, user flow)
- Page content, graphics, and light UX optimization
- Coordination with designers/devs as needed for enhancements

Content & updates
- Company news, announcements, and project highlights
- Thought leadership pieces, short-form posts, and basic SEO-friendly copy

CRM & lead management
- Set up and manage CRM sources (website forms, events, QR codes, etc.)
- Lead categorization, triage, and tracking
- Map and optimize engagement flows (nurture journeys, follow-ups, handoff to sales)

Email campaigns & automation
- Design and write campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, event follow-ups)
- Create and maintain automations based on triggers (sign-ups, downloads, events)
- A/B testing, list management, and deliverability best practices

Social media
- Plan and schedule regular posts across core platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create or coordinate visual assets (graphics, shorts, carousels)
- Monitor engagement and iterate based on performance

Analytics & reporting
- Track website, email, and social performance
- Build simple dashboards and reports with insights and recommendations
- Suggest experiments and optimizations based on data

Sales & marketing collateral
- Draft and design product one-pagers, brochures, and decks
- Support creation of white papers and case studies based on our offerings

Events
- Support planning and promotion of webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Coordinate event marketing materials (landing pages, emails, handouts, QR flows)

Solutioning support
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and offerings
- Help translate technical capabilities into clear business value and messaging
- Collaborate on use cases, diagrams, and client-facing explanations

Proposal development
- Assist with proposal content (graphics, layouts, marketing sections, capability statements)
- Help maintain a library of reusable content, visuals, and templates

Prospecting, demos & presentations
- Participate in prospecting calls as needed (note-taking, demo support, follow-up materials)
- Own the creation and polishing of decks and supporting visuals for demos and presentations
- Complete all product and sales-related trainings to speak fluently about our offerings

Outreach support
- Support targeted outreach campaigns (industry segments, events, campaigns)
- Coordinate messaging, email sequences, and follow-up materials with the leadership team
Who You Are

Digital native with technical curiosity
Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and technical concepts (cloud, AI, data, etc.) and explaining them in clear, simple language. -
Hands-on marketer
You’ve actually built and run campaigns, not just managed vendors. You can write copy, structure a landing page, and set up a basic automation flow. -
Startup-ready
Experience in a startup or small, fast-moving team where priorities shift and you own your work end-to-end. -
Self-starter & problem-solver
You don’t wait for detailed instructions—you propose ideas, test them, and iterate. -
Collaborative and idea-driven
You enjoy brainstorming, co-creating strategies, and testing new ways to reach and engage clients.
Experience & Skills
Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related role
- Solid understanding of:
- Website/content management (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Basic analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Social media content and scheduling
- Email campaigns and basic automation
- Marketing copywriting (web, email, social)
- Basic graphic design or the ability to create production-ready assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts.
- Experience in a startup / small company or wearing many hats.
- Self-starter, comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B tech, AI, SaaS, or consulting
- Experience supporting proposals (RFP/RFI responses, capability statements, etc.)
- Comfort with basic HTML/CSS or low-code tools for landing pages
