Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive the growth of our solution. This is a B2B field-based role focused on selling to HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, and consultants. If you thrive in consultative selling and are passionate about healthcare innovation, we want to meet you.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to effectively allocate their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to track activity and pipeline progression through CRM and maintain forecasting accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Experience in the healthcare, benefits, point solutions, or insurance industry is a must
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, and Salesforce
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
This position will be in person, 5 days a week in the office. There will also be travel associated with this role.
