Entry Level: $15–$18/hour
With 2+ years dental practice experience: $18–$22/hour

Key Responsibilities
Insurance Claims Management: Prepare, submit, and follow up on dental insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
Patient Billing: Generate and distribute patient statements and collection notices.
Accounts Receivable: Monitor and manage outstanding balances, including follow-up on unpaid claims and patient accounts.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, insurance guidelines, and internal policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date billing records.
Communication: Collaborate with insurance companies, dental office teams, and internal staff to resolve billing issues.
Reporting: Produce regular reports on billing activity, collections, and outstanding receivables.
Qualifications
Experience: Dental front desk experience not required — full training provided.
Skills:
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft).
Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
