Vietnamese-Speaking Real Estate Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (Vietnamese-English) individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Real Estate Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a desire to help others, and an interest in growing within the real estate industry. You’ll be working closely with our agents and clients—many of whom are part of the Vietnamese-speaking community—making your ability to bridge language and cultural gaps a key asset.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and client database management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking clients—translating, explaining, and guiding them through the home buying/selling process
  • Translate documents and provide real-time interpretation during meetings or calls as needed
  • Professionally communicate with clients, vendors, and third parties involved in real estate transactions
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, and social media content
  • Engage in door knocking and flyer distribution to promote listings
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Prepare and host open houses every Saturday
  • Assist with general office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and proofreading documents
  • Assist with returning items, delivering paperwork, and managing supplies
  • Support the creation of video content by helping set up, coordinate schedules, and manage equipment
  • Collaborate with the team to produce quality video and photographic materials
  • Maintain office organization, including:
    • Restocking supplies (listing paperwork, business cards, brochures, etc.)
    • Keeping company cars clean and charged
    • Ensuring the workspace is professional and presentable

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • No prior experience needed—just bring the hustle and the heart

Pay: From $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
