Medical Assistant

We are a patient-focused plastic surgery and aesthetic practice seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in medicine, aesthetics, and hands-on clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and room patients in a professional and compassionate manner

-Obtain and document patient histories, vitals, and relevant medical information

-Assist providers during patient visits as needed

-Preferred but not mandatory: Perform blood draws and assist with basic clinical procedures (training provided if needed)

-Maintain clean and organized exam rooms (room turnover after patient use)

-Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries

-Support front desk and administrative tasks such as paperwork, data entry, and insurance verification

-Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations

-Assist with social media and other marketing endeavors

Qualifications:

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Comfortable working directly with patients and clinical team

-Organized, reliable, and able to take direction well

-Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced clinical environment

-Interest in healthcare, medicine, or allied health professions

-Medical assistant experience or certification is a plus, but not required
